This one’s a bit weird… It looks like it was initially meant as another tribute to Batman (with the 1992 TAS color scheme), but the existence of a regular matching mask, the absence of a cape and the absence of a logo on the matching singlet (which ultimately wasn’t even used) tend to contradict that; for these reasons, I’ll treat it as a regular outfit, unrelated to the Royal Rumble 2020 Batman mask.
